Hi Jenny I was working with AI to learn how to explain this post. (I read it but can't explain it. rememdy) I wonder if you agree with the results?

I was a carpenter and there are subtle ways to be a better worker. We hammer a lot of nails and as a new nailer I missed a lot. How can I hit the nail on the head more often. Monotonous work gives us time to think. One thought that started popping up was "keep your eye on the ball." to hit or catch it. That was when I learned why I was missing the head.

I explained to AI that is an example of something subtle that makes a difference. It wanted to know how Jenny is subtle in her craft. Jenny is able to understand nuances of the craft of working with AI and many of us can't catch on without her help.

The session ended with the AI very curious how you were going to build "mind-blowing AI builds."

Thank you very much for giving us access to your free posts. There is a lot there if the 2 I have read are any indication of the treasures to discover.

Oh my goodness, what a beautiful explanation!!!

Yes, I completely agree with your use of the word craft. I love how you described it, the subtlety, the nuance, the small things that make a big difference. You’re absolutely spot on about what I was hoping to convey. And I really appreciate how you framed it through your own experience as a carpenter.

Also, I tend to see my offering more like… I’ve walked some of the path, so I can share where the potholes are and where the shortcuts might help. Like a second grader helping a first grader, sometimes that kind of guide just clicks better.

I’m so impressed by how you worked with AI to understand the post, it’s such a great example of how powerful that dialogue can be. Thank you for sharing it with me, and for your kind words about the writing. That truly means a lot. :)

I saw you decided to go premium. Good for you.

Annual is a bargain. More like a steal.

I’m ready to buy I just want to gobble up some previous posts first.

Oh wow! I just got a follow from one of your commenters.

It is a very interesting place this Substack.

Yes, it’s such an interesting space here, with so many different ways people connect.

When I launched the premium tier, I thought it would mostly be about offering products. But funny enough, some people found the tools after subscribing and jumped straight into using them, then even bought the starter package!

Later on, when others signed up for my premium newsletter, they actually weren’t expecting to use the products. Instead, they were looking for long-term conversations, help with their workflows, and support in launching their own projects.

That made me realize the real value might lie more in the hands-on support, coaching, and feedback than in the products themselves.

That said, I’d love to know, if you ever consider going premium, what would be most valuable to you? I truly want to support people where they are. And if free content serves you best for now, that’s completely valid too. Just happy to have you here!

I was considering the premium. I should go recheck if it includes more direct contact with you? To support your efforts and get some help with simple basic things I could do to get started.

I am a beginner in all this but the AI tool makes it so easy for me to catch on to the ideas. What I have been reading about this weekend makes me think I could learn some simple tools and help my friends on main street.

I have been sitting here reading thinking and typing just about all day and hitting my limit. Self-doubt creeps in. Am I making sense anymore?

That really makes sense. I realize I should probably update my offerings somewhere, but for now, I like to keep the door open for anyone who reaches out, especially if you’re just getting started.

Everyone’s background and goals are different, so I always appreciate having a quick, free chat to better understand where you’re coming from and how AI might support your strengths. Before we commit to anything.

Sometimes, people leave the call excited to go deeper and upgrade to premium. Other times, they walk away with more clarity and confidence to explore on their own, both are great outcomes.

If you're open to it, here’s a quick 15-min slot to connect. No pressure at all, I’d just love to hear what you’re thinking and see how I can help:

I love the approach, because I think the same. The foundations should be free and create additional value around it.

Godspeed Jenny!
